No fee unless we win
We take 100% of our cases on a contingency fee. That means no upfront fees and no retainers. Our fee comes from the money we recover for you, and if there is no recovery, you owe us no attorney's fee.
We will never take home more than you
Medical bills can eat into a settlement. Unless there are extenuating circumstances, if you would receive less than our standard fee, we reduce our fee so that you take home more than we do.

We advance those costs and do not hold you responsible for them if we do not obtain a recovery.
