Matias Cordoba, Personal Injury Attorney

Focused on people recovering from serious accidents

Matias Cordoba is a personal injury attorney dedicated to helping individuals and families recover after serious accidents. He combines strategic advocacy, thorough case preparation and compassionate client service to pursue the full compensation his clients deserve.

His practice centers on motor vehicle accidents, premises liability and other negligence claims, the kinds of cases that touch families all over Tampa Bay, from crashes on I-275 and Dale Mabry to falls at stores and apartment complexes.

From Argentina to Tampa

Originally from Argentina and raised in Tampa, Matias earned his bachelor's degree in International Studies from the University of South Florida. He then received his Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School and was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2021.

Litigation experience

During law school, Matias gained valuable experience at a personal injury firm and at the Hillsborough County Public Defender's Office, where he strengthened his litigation and advocacy skills. Before joining Hancock Injury Attorneys, he represented injured clients at a Tampa personal injury law firm, handling a wide range of motor vehicle, premises liability and negligence cases.
