## Your attorneys

Founding attorney Mike Hancock meets with every new client and stays involved in every part of the case. He works alongside Claire Hancock, an attorney and partner who has helped injured people since 1991, and Matias Cordoba, a personal injury attorney recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America 2026.

## The team behind your case

Our staff handles the details that keep your case on track, from collecting medical records to answering your questions between attorney meetings.

- Suzanne Melli, Case Manager. A Florida native with more than 20 years in the legal industry.
- Jamila Goodwin, Case Manager. She has worked in personal injury as a case manager for 26 years.
- Kelly Mills, Litigation Paralegal. She grew up right around the corner from our Tampa office.
- Donna Escoto, Legal Assistant. She is fluent in Spanish and English and has worked in the legal field for more than 15 years.
- Grace Hancock, Content Marketing. The youngest daughter of Mike and Claire, she joined the firm in 2021 and helps share our work with the community.
